Mr. Kennedy is an enthusiastic and empowering professional with 38 plus years in facilities maintenance and systems and procedural operations, development and project management. 30 of those years as head over facilities for Lake Highland Preparatory School and The Geneva Christian School in developing and managing all facilities and security for many of those years.
John’s breadth vocational knowledge in QM, his zero defects service mindset, operations expertise provided exceptional facilities and services as an industry leader.
John’s early vocational experiences were in the maintenance and operations of Hotel/Motel, Class A office complexes, high rise buildings, shopping centers and, production line manufacturing support. These experiences will provide your company with a comprehensive perspective.
